"Still holding up really well"
I’ve had my Neptune blanket for a while now, and we’ve been using it almost every night. I wasn’t totally sure how it would hold up over time, especially after washing it a few times, but it’s been reassuring to see that there are no loose threads, weird thin patches, or anything like that.
It still feels just as soft and solid as it did when I first got it, which makes me feel like I made a good choice. I was kind of expecting it to show wear sooner, but so far it’s been really dependable and well made. Happy with it...

"Kind of a pain to move around"
The blanket is fine once you actually get it on the bed, but moving it around is where it gets annoying. It’s bulky, kind of awkward to fold, and not fun to carry when I’m changing the sheets. I knew it was going to have some weight to it, but day to day it’s just a bit clumsy to deal with. Not awful or anything, just more of a hassle than I expected

"Easy swap, just a little slow"
As someone who gets mildly stressed about returns, I was relieved that swapping my blanket for a different size was straightforward. The steps were clear and easy to follow, though it did take a few days longer than I expected. Overall, I’m still happy with it.

"Okay blanket, not worth the price"
It’s fine overall. Feels decent, shipping was no problem, but for the price I expected more. not much different from cheaper blankets I’ve used. Not terrible, just not a great value, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again at this price.

I stopped in sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and the selection was disappointing. I was hoping to find a few decent options, but there just wasn’t much available. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but it felt limited overall

"Nice and calming, but not a miracle fix"
I bought this mostly to help with my anxiety at night. It can feel really calming, especially when I’m already tired, and the weight is comforting. That said, I wasn’t expecting it to magically solve everything, and it definitely didn’t fix my sleep or stop anxious thoughts the way I was hoping. It also gets a little warm for me on some nights, which makes sense with a weighted blanket. I’m still using it, but I’m not blown away. Three stars feels fair.

"Not Worth the Effort"
At first glance the blanket looked fine, but once I actually used it, the material felt thin and a little rough. I was expecting something much softer for the price. i feel like I wasted energy even bothering to order it and set it up.

"Really nice unboxing, packed well"
Got my Neptune blanket today the packaging was really solid. The box showed up clean with no dents, and everything inside was folded nice and neat. It wasn’t nothing fancy or overdone, but it still felt good opening it up.

The blanket was wrapped properly and there wasn’t no weird smell when I pulled it out, which I appreciated. I haven’t used it much yet, but just based on the unboxing and first impression, I’d give it 5 stars so far...

"That smell was... a lot at first!!"
The blanket feels okay overall, but wow... the smell when I first opened the box was seriously strong!! I had to leave it out to air for a couple of days before I could actually use it. For the price, I expected better?? Kinda disappointed, not gonna lie...

"Looks fine, but not very cozy"
The blanket looks alright, but comfort-wise it didn’t really win me over. It feels a little stiff and not as soft against my skin as I expected. I was hoping for more of a cozy, warm, made-with-care kind of feel, but it just doesn’t have that. It’s still usable, just not one I’d reach for first.

"Too noisy for my sleep standards"
I really wanted to like this blanket, but it makes a crinkly sound every time I move. I’m particular about my sleep setup, and this was just too distracting for me at night. It got annoying fast and made it hard to actually relax and fall asleep

"I had a frustrating experience…"
I had a frustrating experience with their customer service, I just asked a simple question about my order and it took way too long to get a response and when they finally replied it felt like they were just sending copy-paste answers that didn’t really help at all, so I don’t think I’d bother buying from here again.

"Blanket is fine, shipping felt frustrating"
The blanket itself is decent, so no real complaint there. But the shipping took way longer than I expected, and I barely got any updates along the way. For a few days, it felt like there wasn’t a real person on the other end and I had no clue where my order was. It did finally show up, just much later than I hoped. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying if you need it quickly.

"Fits Like It Was Made for My Bed"
I got the queen size, it fits my bed really well. It hangs nicely over the sides too, almost like they knew exactly what size I needed and didn’t warn me how perfect it would look
